  1. 1 Pear/apple chopped roughly
  2. 1 Medjool date - optional for sweetness
  3. 1 1/2 Cups of water
  4. 1 1/2 Cups of Organic Rolled Oats
  5. 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds
  6. 1 tsp of flaxseed meal (optional)
  7. 1 tsp Cinnamon
  8. 1/4 cup of dried preservative/oil free fruit such as sultanas, figs or cherries
  9. 4 Tbsp of Coconut Cream/milk
  10. 1/2 extra liquid - water or nut milk
  11. Extra goodies for topping - hemp seeds, seeds, nuts, banana or coconut
  1. In a pot add the chopped pear & date & simmer for 10 mins
  2. In a medium mixing bowl (something you can pop a plate over or even something with a lid) add the other ingredients & mix
  3. When the fruit is cooked, pour it into the Oats mix, liquid & all
  4. Add another 1/2 Cup of liquid, I use water as the coconut cream has already added a nice creamy goodness, but if you prefer a nut milk use that
  5. Cover & place overnight in the fridge
  6. To heat scoop out a portion & top with water/milk until nice & creamy.
  7. Cook on a low heat for 10 mins
  8. Add with your favourite toppings & serve
